Impaired mobility
Regrettably the historic nature of our building means that much of it is not accessible to anyone with impaired mobility.  Apartments 1-3 are on the first floor and are reached via an external staircase of 16 steps.  Apartments 4-5 are on the ground floor, accessed via two steps and door thresholds. 

Risk
The site is not suitable for children. The sloping garden runs down to a steep bank and a small river which is not fully fenced. Pets and vulnerable persons should never be left unattended on any part of the premises. An external staircase of 16 steps leads to a first floor landing off which Apartments 1-3 are situated.
