Covid-19

Good To Go Wales - English Green.jpg

Sannan Court Holiday Apartments are officially 'Good to Go'.  Acquiring this Industry Standard mark means that we have followed Welsh government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, that we have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

How does this affect you?

We put in place rigorous cleaning and disinfecting processes between guests.

To minimise sources of possible infection please note that the provision of some complementary items and services has been suspended.  We regret that there will be no books, games or DVDs. Please bring your own.

Please use the external hand sanitisers provided on the ground and first floor before touching communal railings or handles.

Please provide your mobile phone numbers so that we can communicate easily if you  need anything.  Our numbers are 0787 653 1370 and 07887 702 409.

We are required to keep details of all guests for 21 days in case later tracking is needed.

There is plenty of space at Sannan Court to make social distancing easy.  Please respect others' right to use the gardens, car park and staircase by keeping more than 2 metres away from other people.

Please protect yourself and others from coronavirus by complying with current government guidelines on handwashing, social distancing, testing and tracing and self-isolation as required.  https://gov.wales/protect-yourself-others-coronavirus

What if your stay is cancelled due to government restrictions?

If  your booking with us has to be cancelled due to a Welsh or UK government travel ban or lock-down, or, if we have to cancel your booking for any reason, we will refund in full any money that you have paid to us.  This will be the extent of our liability, so in case you run up other losses, such as travel costs, we strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation for any reason, and consequential losses.  Please also see our terms and conditions

What if you can't come because you are sick?

Please do not come if you, or any member of your party or anyone with whom you have recently spent time has symptoms of coronavirus.  You can find more information about symptoms at: https://phw.nhs.wales/

Our normal cancellation policy would apply in the event that you should/could not come. Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation and consequential losses. If you choose not to do so then you accept responsibility for any losses that you may incur. Please see our terms and conditions

What if you get COVID-19 symptoms whilst you are here?
No-one likes to think about getting sick on holiday but to comply with our 'Good to go' certification we are obliged to have plans in place should this happen.

If you develop symptoms the following resources are helpful:

https://gov.wales/check-if-you-need-coronavirus-medical-help
It contains an online symptom checker to see if you need medical help, plus latest information about self isolating and applying for a coronavirus test.
Only call 111 if the symptom checker advises you to do so, or if you are unable to access the internet.

You must also tell us so that we can take extra measures to help keep other guests and staff safe, including track and trace, extra sanitisation after your departure, and cancellation of incoming guests to your apartment.

If you are confirmed to have COVID-19, you should return home if you reasonably can. If you are not well enough to travel you should 'discuss with an appropriate health care professional and if necessary, the local authority'.
