Terms & Conditions

Derek and Penny have sold Sannan Court, and have closed our self-catering holiday accommodation business, Sannan Court Holidays. 

  Check-in:   4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  Check-out: By 10:00 AM please

  • Not suitable for children -please see our Access policy.

  • One pre-booked dog is allowed in Apartments 1 and 4, but please read our Dog Policy.

  • Only the maximum number of guests booked can stay in the apartment.

  • If you are making the booking yourself, you must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Car parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

  • No smoking is permitted anywhere within the property or gardens.

  • No parties please (but a function room may be pre-bookable at the nearby pub).

  • Free WIFI is available throughout Apartments 2 and 5, but only in limited areas of Apartments 1, 3 and 4.
    The  4G signal is usually good.



Please contact us right away in case of any accident or damage to the property, so that we can arrange replacements. If you have broken or damaged anything you will need to meet the cost of replacement or repair. Guests are advised to take appropriate insurance.


We’re here to help you have a happy stay at Sannan Court. Please tell us right away should there be anything that you are displeased with, so that we can resolve it. We welcome your feedback.

Payment Conditions

A deposit 25% of the stay is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions - please see below. Full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. Payments are accepted by the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express.

Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge of £35 GBP per unit booked will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction after arrival date then the full cost of the booking is charged. 

You are strongly advised to arrange holiday insurance to cover your losses should you need to cancel.
